  Here is the process to reset:

  • Toggle the “hold” switch by sliding it to “hold” position, and then back to “off” again.
  • Press the “Menu” and “Center” buttons at the same time and hold them for about 10 seconds. Wait until you see the Apple logo appears on screen.

  Repeat step 1 and 2 again to try one more time if you do not see the Apple logo.
