To keep your Droid phone secure, you can configure your phone so that it locks itself. Unlike most phones, the Droid uses a pattern on the screen instead of a password. You can turn the lock on and off, and set the pattern by going by pressing the menu button and selecting Settings > Location & security.
To turn on the requirement that a patter be used to unlock your Droid, select Set unlock pattern.
If you already require a pattern to unlock your Droid, you can turn off the requirement by tapping the Require pattern.
If you already require a pattern to unlock your Droid, you can change the pattern by tapping Change unlock pattern.
