If you add sites to the list of Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer you will get this message by default. If you put the site in the Trusted Sites list, you really don’t want to have to say yes every time you visit it.
To disable the message:
Click on “Internet Options->Security->Trusted Sites->Custom Level” scroll down until you find “Websites in less privileged web content zone can navigate into this zone” choose “Enable”.
Thats it, you should not get the message any longer.
