  Step 1
  Select the text that you want to change.

  Step 2
  Go to the Style menu and select Leading.

  Step 3
  Choose the desired leading in points (you may have to experiment here).

  Step 4
  Click OK.

  Step 5
  Check to see how the new leading affects the text and the look of the page.

  Step 6
  Adjust the point size up or down until you obtain the result you want.
