Active Directory Delegation.
Using native Active Directory delegation model I faced a number of challenges daily that took most of my working time. I had to execute much manual activity that increased possibility of errors enormously. Well, I won’t enumerate all disadvantages of this task, anyone who faced it understands me, I’m sure.
I came to conclusion that it’s high time to find the solution that would release me from this load of work. RBAC (role-based access control) model proved its effectiveness for many professionals and I’ve decided to find a solution with RBAC-based functionality.
When demoing several software items like AD Manager Plus, Active-Roles Server, Softerra Adaxes I decided in favour of Adaxes. First of all, the delegation model is RBAC-based in the software that helped me centrally grant access for users based on their job functions.
