Use the following method to delete all or selected future appointments:
1. Go to Microsoft Outlook, select Calendar.
2. Once in Calendar, click on "View" menu on the top.
3. Select "Current View" -> "All Appointments".
4. You will now see all your appointments in a spreadsheet like table.
5a. You can now select one appointment, hold the "Shift" key on your keyboard, and use your mouse to select another appointment, let's say, maybe 10 rows below. You will now see all the rows between the two appointments are now highlighted. (selected)
5b. Another way is to hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, and use your mouse to pick and choose the appointments you want to delete. Holding Ctrl key allows you to select more than one row.
6. After you're happy with your selection, right click your mouse and choose "Delete".
7. Bravo! All gone!
