Resolve Terminal Services Session (RDP) Permission error

Getting following error when trying to run software installation in Windows 2003 Server Terminal Services Session (RDP): Only administrators have permission to add, remove, or configure server software during a terminal services remote session. The login user has all the admin rights. What could be the problem?

  You need to enable Remote Admin Setting.
  Use regedit to add the following registry key to enable Windows Installer installs:
```
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
Name: EnableAdminTSRemote
Type: DWORD
Value: 1
```
