Follow the tips below to resolve “Max processing time or Max records limit reached” error when running reports in Business Object Enterprise or Crystal Reports Server.

To change the timeout limit, thus eliminate the “Max processing time or Max records limit reached” error, follow the steps:
1. Login to BOE Central Management Console.
2. Go to servers> page server > properties
3. Update:
“Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed” to 0 (unlimited)
“Minutes Before an Idle Report Job is Closed:” to 0 (unlimited)
You can also set them to higher number.
