Login to BOE Central Management Console. 2. Go to servers> page server > properties 3. Update: "Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed" to 0 (unlimited) "Minutes Before an Idle Report Job is Closed:" to 0 (unlimited) You can also set them to higher number. 2. Go to servers> page server > properties
3. Update:
“Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed” to 0 (unlimited)
“Minutes Before an Idle Report Job is Closed:” to 0 (unlimited)
