To change the timeout limit, thus eliminate the “Max processing time or Max records limit reached” error, follow the steps:
1. Login to BOE Central Management Console.
2. Go to servers> page server > properties
3. Update:
“Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed” to a higher number
“Minutes Before an Idle Report Job is Closed:” to a higher number
4. Go to servers> cache server > properties
5. Update:
“Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed” to a higher number
