Fix HP laptop/desktop recovery partition loading issue at boot time (No DVD)

Here is a great tip if you need to do the followings:
1. You have problem booting into HP recovery partition even though you know it’s there.
2. To restore your HP laptop/notebook/desktop to it’s origianl factory state after installing a retail copy of Windows without using recovery DVDs.
3. You need to boot up into the recovery partition by pressing F10 or F11 key but were unable to successfully done so.
4. You need to recover some original softwares which you cannot download from HP’s websute such as HP Recovery Manager for Windows 7.
