  Step 1

  The first step is to go to your website browser’s URL and type in http://www.hotmail.com.

  Step 2

  You’ll be brought up with Microsoft’s page that is also called Windows Live ID. Click the sign up button.

  Step 3

  Now you will have information that you need to fill out to complete your hotmail account. The information will include things like your name, and login information.

  Step 4

  Click “I accept” and you will be brought to another page where it will ask you what you want your hotmail email to be.
  Step 5

  Click “I accept” or “Done” and now you are complete. You can visit your email now by going to http://www.hotmail.com or downloading MSN messenger to your computer.
